I thought schools were meant to be off? A jam-packed work week focused on a few key projects, along with both some in-week presentations and prep for sessions over the next couple of weeks. Out of work, a few evenings spent moving to the new place in Stockwell; well-needed lazy weekend.

Time in meetings: 18.3hr
- Deck for ELT: Prepping and designing a deck being presented at our next ELT on the state of our technology landscape.
- Multiple presentations to clients: Starting to come to a critical point in multiple large projects, presenting and gathering feedback to keep things moving along.
- Fine-tuning a couple of projects: A lot of time focused on feeding back to myself and optimising some of those larger projects.
- Mid-year reviews: Starting to hold mid-years with some of my team, focus on building a culture of 360 and constructive feedback.
- Recommendations paper: Continuing to drive along a paper looking to bring in more in-house capabilities.
- Putting out a fire on a new website launch: Diving in to resolve and descelate an issue with one our new website launches (AWEC).
