Straight back into following a fantastic holiday through Cornwall and Bath. The front end of the week consisted of a lot of networking and some long all day sessions. Weekends packed with a trip to bath preceding the week, and a big BBQ the other end on Saturday.
Work
Time in meetings: 25hrs
- Digitial Advisory Board: Afternoon with our advisory board recieving guidance on AI direction.
- Digital and Tech roadmap workshop: First day back thrown straight into a lookahead workshop, reviewing our DDaT ways of working, alongside our next three-year roadmap.
- Department away day: Our engagement and income gen away day.
- AI roundtable discussion: Also spent some time at a roundtable discussion on AI in the charity sector.
- Paper writing for In-house capabilities: Started a paper which outlined the reccomendation to bring further salesforce development in-house.
- Catchup: Spent Wednesday catching up from holiday and providing needed direction on a few projects.
