Very busy week before shooting off on holiday over the weekend. 50% of the week spent at events and planning meetings, the other half spent on key direction setting and review for some critical projects. Have been a bit sloppy on the weeknotes as of late, writing this in early July, a few weeks on.
Work
Time in meetings: 24.9h
- Google public sector event: Attended a public sector event hosted by Google on Wednesday. Interesting to see how the public sector has embraced AI, whilst ensuring everyone has been brought up to the same level.
- RSPCA Leadership Event: Joined the org. wide SLG event on Thursday, focused on a lookahead for the org.
- OKR setting: Continued working on the development of our org. wide OKRs that are being used as our guiding principles in this years business planning.
- Project direction: Providing the team some clear feedback and direction on two key organisation projects.
- Wrapping up contracts: Finally! At a point where I'm now becoming happier with our establishment after months of hard work.
