A slightly shorter week, and as I articulated to my team, felt quite akin to a Christmas break. Softened by the fact I've had an underlying chest infection since the Marathon last Sunday; which has meant my running has been near to nothing. Work was more exciting, with the opportunity to get my hands dirty on a project with a quick lead time.
Work
Time in meetings: 11.4hrs (over 4 days)
- Upcoming project: Working closely with a colleague to very rapidly design both the content and UX for a project launching in a couple of weeks time. Nice to get my hands dirty occasionally.
- Finally, some good news: Months of work behind the scenes to resolve some resource/ HR bits have paid off, recieving some good team news mid-week.
- Strategic meetings: Attended some more strategic meetings with leadership, following recent meetings and pivot in business priorities.
- Deck proposal: Working on a deck that I'm presenting next week to bring to life our recommendation for our new form infrastructure.
