A marathon, four-day work week, and a terrible amount of meetingsn for a shorter week. Most of the work week was focused on direction setting for a number of key organisational projects currently in the discovery stage. Completed marathon number one out of three from over the next month, sore legs on sunday.
Work
Time in meetings: 16hrs (over 4 days)
- Direction setting: Spent a fair amount of time feeding back and setting direction for some upcoming projects that are critical to the org.
- Paper-writing: Wrote a couple of confidential papers.
- Deck proposal for new infrastructure: The team have done a fantastic job in exploring options for our new form infrastucture; spent some of Thursday and Friday bringing that work to life via a deck to be pitched to the org. in a couple of weeks time.
- An article for Neurdiversity week: Wrote an article for our neurodiversity network on leading teams, and building inclusive environments for those with neurodiversity.
