Felt relieved when 5pm Friday hit this week. This week seems to have dragged a fair bit, mainly caused by unnecessary red tape at work, and some unconsidered decisions that may have unintended consequences. Lot's of fun outside of work however, and marathon training in full swing, legs also feeling it on Friday.

Time in meetings: 14.8hrs
Metric definitions for information visibility: Working with data & insights colleagues to bring to life my vision for our 2026 key results, creating custom metrics for visibility, engagement and action scores.
Brief writing: Following on from previous weeks, wrote into an exciting brief that's heading off to tender shortly, inputting tech direction, pre-reqs and some early creative direction.
User journey mapping: Following the workshop held a couple of weeks ago, reviewed some of the initial user journey mapping being produced, lots of work still to go on this and new direction provided.
Digital strategy: Continued writing and updating the digital strategy for the wider organisational with my boss, expanding on some of the key foundational pillars of content/ information, AI and efficiency and tech direction.
Summer campaign: Fed into some of the initial strategic thinking behind the multitude of different campaigns and narratives during summer this year happening at the RSPCA
Strategic mapping: Carried out an exercise to ensure our teams' OKRs ultimately drive value in laddering up to the organisation's strategy and OKRs, a request from senior leadership.
