Christmas season continues with another enormously busy week in and out of work. Had some form of activity planned after work every day this week, whilst the work week entertained a team day, some strategic comms, and the kick-off for end of year reviews.
Work
Time in meetings: 16.4hrs (4 work days)
- Team Chistmas day - great day spent with most of the day. I chaired the morning session which was a look-back over the last year with some added reflection. We were then off to lunch and some darts/ drinks at brewdog waterloo.
- New CEO comms - Our new CEO joined, therefore was part of the delivery of the digital CEO comms.
- End of year reviews & feedback - It's that time of year for Christmas parties and end of year reviews. I commenced these this week, and have the aim to provide more constructive feedback than usual to aid in more team growth next year.
- One day off - Monday off.
