This week felt a bit shorter due to a mix of illness and some longer planning meetings. Great to have won an award at the national IT awards on Wednesday, whilst also celebrating some other team wins during the week.

- Time in meetings: 17.6hrs
- IT National Awards: Attended the IT national awards on Wednesday with Liferay (our DXP), and won a highly commended award for our education digi product. Head was certainly sore the next day.
- Comms Planning day: Thursday was spent planning activity with the wider comms team in 2026.
- Wash-up of our Summer Appeal and next steps: Spent a couple hours on Wednesday listening to the brilliant appeal teams PCR, and drawing up some learnings for our next appeal.
- Confidential project: Continuing to scope and research as part of a confidential project being implemented next year. Don't often get the chance to carry out SEO research.
